ADMISSIONS

Joining Maple.

No forms before feelings — it starts with a visit.

How it works.

01

Visit

Come and see the nursery with your child. Visits are unhurried; ask us anything.

02

Register

If it feels right, we'll confirm your sessions and complete registration.

03

Settle in

Short, gentle visits with you nearby — until the room and the faces feel familiar.

04

Begin

Your child starts, with a key person who already knows them.

FUNDING

Government-funded childcare.

Eligible families can use government-funded childcare hours at Maple — 15 or 30 hours per week depending on your circumstances, with terms and conditions applying.

Entitlements depend on your child's age and your household's working status — the quickest way to check yours is childcarechoices.gov.uk. Once you know your entitlement, we'll walk you through exactly how it applies to your sessions at Maple.

Working families

Up to 15 funded hours (9 months–2 years) or 30 hours (eligible 3–4 year-olds), up to 38 weeks a year.

Early Years Pupil Premium

Additional funding for eligible 3 and 4 year-olds.

Two-year-old funding

15 funded hours for eligible families on lower incomes or certain benefits, including Universal Credit.

Disability Access Fund

For eligible children (9 months–4 years) receiving Disability Living Allowance.

At Maple, funded hours can be taken term-time only (limited places) or stretched across our year-round calendar — we'll help you choose what fits your family.

Universal funding

All 3 and 4 year-olds receive 15 hours, regardless of income.

Tax-Free Childcare

Pay into an online account and the Government contributes towards your costs.
